SkillNet is an internal competency and skills management platform designed to structure and track capabilities across business units. Organizations struggle to understand what skills they have in-house, leading to unnecessary outsourcing and underutilized talent.
I built a comprehensive platform that maps employee competencies against project requirements, enabling smarter resource allocation and maximizing internal talent utilization. The system includes skill profiling, gap analysis, training recommendations, and project-staffing matching algorithms.
